Your not sure - should i take part LotW?
Here you will found an actual overview who is using LotW. You will surprised what excellent DX'er and DXped's have joined.
LotW not means that you cant exchange a paper QSL card with a new one. But you can get QSL - means confirmation for a QSO and DXCC will accept this for your scoring!
You like paper QSL's? Me too! For new one's - OK - for my collection !
Band points ? Confirmation will be fine ! QSL card or LotW - i prefer LotW ! Less work, no costs!
For all other QSO's i "answer" only QSL card requests.
Using of LotW is absolute free of charge - you pay nothing.
Payment is needed if you order a Award - like before.

But, maybe, any other stations need from you a band point and will be happy if you using LotW too.
They will not send a QSL card - it saves both sides work and money!
